In the heart of the Alpilles, on a small country road 1.5 km from the village of Maussane, charming cottage for two people in a beautiful farmhouse (cottage Mazet de Maïs - 13G160426 for 6 people) on a closed property of 2,000 m². Olive trees and meadows for horses, a particularly preserved environment.Common swimming pool (with the owners and a second cottage) : 10x4 m depth 1.5 - security alarm, accessible all year.
Closed private terrace (30 m ²), full south, shaded by lagne with garden furniture and a private Jacuzzi.
Access to the living room through a bay window protected by a mosquito net : sitting area with sofa, high dining table with stools, kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, combined microwave oven, fridge/freezer), flat screen TV and smartphone docking station. Double Room with a kingsize bed (160x200), beautiful old wardrobe and tastefully decoration, television. Bathroom. Closed Wc.
Bed and baby chair on request - Wi-fi - Pets allowed after agreement of the owner - Cleaning on request (50 €) - sheets and linen provided free July / August, for rent the rest of the year (10 € per person) - Reversible air conditioning (real consumption) - Parking common to both gites.

Cozy and intimate, it boasts a private terrace with Jacuzzi and access to the shared swimming pool.
Its location makes it a real "coup de coeur"! Close to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Les Baux-de-Provence and Arles, at the foot of the white rocks of the Alpilles, Petitout is close to everything!
Close to nature, close to olive groves, vineyards, old stones and the men and women who bring this land to life. A destination full of promise in the heart of the Alpilles Natural Park.
