You are in the heart of the Alpilles: on a fully fenced property, facing the meadows and back to the Alpilles, a beautiful traditional farmhouse shared between the owner house and the cottage. No overlooked, a blackout fence guarantees total privacy in your garden and flowers (200 m²), on your terrace shaded by a pergola (50 m²).
The top of this cottage: a private jacuzzi on the terrace and your bowling alley. The swimming pool (10x4 m depth 1.5 - security alarm) isartage with the owners, accessible all the year.
In the ground floor, entrance by the large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, plates, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, small appliances), dining area. Comfortable lounge opening onto the terrace, with fireplace (closed hearth), flat screen TV, DVD player, table football. Small bathroom with toilet. The washing machine is in the cellar behind the kitchen.
On the floor: 2 rooms with bed 2 people (160x200) of which one has a very vasdressing and the other of its room of privatory water (shower / wc). A very bright and colorful childrens room with 2 single beds 90x190. Bathroom (bath). Independent toilet.
A lot of taste and care brought to the development of this cottage, nice furniture, comfortable bedding.
Barbecue gas (plancha) - sheets and linen offered during the season (10 € per person the rest of the year) - Household on request (80 €) - Air conditioning reversible (100 € / week in winter) - Wi-fi
\ nCommon equipment: childrens pool (swings), football cages (the younger daughter of the owner is a football player ...). Covered shelter for the car.
A very nice place. Take full advantage of Provence traditions, markets, local producers, village festivals, hiking trails to discover on foot or by bike .. And the evening on the way back, the jacuzzi awaits you, or a dip in the pool before the aperitif on your terrace.
