The house is located 15 minutes walk from the bullring, the ancient theater and the historic center. The workshops park and the Luma tower dedicated to contemporary art are 300 meters away.
Entrance is via the courtyard of approximately 25m². A small annex with WC, washing machine and 2 bicycles are at your disposal.
On the ground floor are the fitted kitchen, the living room with a 120 x 190 sofa bed, and the bathroom with walk-in shower.
In the basement you can have a small freezer and baby equipment (high chair, crib, cot and baby carriers for bicycles).
The air-conditioned bedroom is upstairs and offers 2 beds 90 x 200, separate WC with washbasin and a small balcony with a view over the rooftops of the city.
Animals are accepted after agreement of the owner.
You can park easily and for free in front of the house or nearby.
The following rates include: water, electricity, bed linen, towels, unlimited internet and use of bicycles.
A sum of 60 € is requested only in the event that the cleaning is to be carried out by the owner.
High season: 686€ per week
Reservation only from Saturday to Saturday from July 3 to August 21.

Minimum stay: 5 nights: 420 €
