Four independent air-conditioning systems keep the whole house cool.

The main terrace, accessible from the kitchen/dining room and living room, faces south and is protected from the sun's rays by a vine. A second terrace faces east, where you can catch the first rays of the sun or spend the late afternoon in the shade, comfortably seated in the garden furniture. The surrounding area is ideal for a game of pétanque.

The 4x10m saltwater swimming pool, 110 to 150 cm deep with Roman steps, is heated by a heat pump, so you can enjoy it to the full from May to October.
It is equipped with an electric roller shutter for optimum safety and water temperature maintenance. It has a beautiful beach, an outdoor shower and a separate toilet.
