The flat is located in La Ciotat, whose bay has been classified in 2019 among the most beautiful bays in the world. It is south-facing with a surface area of 31m2 and comprises 2 rooms (living room with kitchenette and bedroom with a capacity of 4 people) on the ground floor opening onto a 15m2 terrace extended by a 30m2 enclosed garden. A private garage is located in the basement.
The flat is located in a small secure residence comprising two two-storey buildings, 200m from one of the beaches and located in the Saint Jean district. The city centre of La Ciotat is accessible by a 2km walk along the seafront. The train station, 2 km away, is served by the city's bus network (the stop is 10m from the residence).
Immediate proximity to the small port of St Jean, beaches, shops (50m) restaurants, water sports activities.
Living room: table with 4 chairs, sofa bed for 2 people, television, internet access with fibre, free wifi, computer table.
Kitchen area: oven, microwave oven, induction hob, extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric coffee machine, toaster, kettle.

The flat is equipped with electric heaters, hoover, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothes line, fan.
Linen is provided: sheets, towels, tea towels and disposable mattress and pillow covers.
All recommended sanitary precautions related to Covid 19 are taken.
End of stay cleaning on request (60€). The tourist tax is not included.
