Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, 3 burner induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo pod coffee maker. - A 1st bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm and wardrobe. - A 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, armchair, shelf and closet. - Large bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower 80x120cm, double washbasin, storage furniture and towel dryer. - Independent WC. - Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, board games and household utensils. On the 1st floor : - 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, armchair, wardrobe, flat screen TV and DVD player. Reversible air conditioning. - Private shower room adjoining this bedroom with Italian shower 80x120cm, WC, basin, storage furniture and towel rail.
