On the ground floor: living room with open fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), lounge area with flat screen TV, insert fireplace (1st wooden wheelbarrow free), sofa and armchairs, dining area , board games and small library.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm, view of the countryside and horses from the 2 bedrooms. Bathroom with bathtub, sink, heated towel rack and washing machine. Separate WC.

Private gravelled terrace 15 m² with garden furniture, garden of approximately 150 m² with unprotected stream (be careful of the safety of young children, they must be under parental supervision). Barbecue.

Shared swimming pool 9 x 4.5 m, depth 1.7 m, accessible from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., open from June to September. Ping-pong table, pétanque game available. Free access to the 45 hectare property.
