On the ground floor: - Living / dining room with dining area, sofa bed (for 2 people, extra beds possible), flat screen TV 101cm, DVD / VHS, sofa 3 places, games for children available, fireplace with insert (wood offered). - Independent kitchen with plate 3 gas + 1 electric fires, extractor hood, US fridge / freezer large capacity, microwave, dishwasher, oven and sink. - Independent toilet. - Laundry with shower 80x80cm, washing machine, dishwasher and household utensils. Upstairs : - A 1st bedroom with 1 bed 2 persons 160x200cm, flat screen TV, dressing room with BD available and wardrobe. - A 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 2 persons 140x190cm, wardrobe and valet. - A 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, desk, flat screen TV and wardrobe. - Air conditioning in the corridor serving the bedrooms (included). - Shower room with Italian corner shower, stone basin with large vanity top and heated towel rail. - Independent toilet.
