Located in Saint-Étienne-du-Grès, on a quiet lane in the heart of the village and at the gateway to the Alpilles Regional Natural Park, this tastefully renovated 20 m² studio offers a pleasant and functional break for your Provençal getaways.

The studio is located on the ground floor of the owners' house, adjoining a year-round rental, and features a separate entrance through a bay window that opens onto a bright kitchen/dining area, perfectly equipped for your stays. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, 2 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, microwave/grill, washing machine, table, and 2 chairs. You'll also find a comfortable seating area with a 140x190cm Rapido sofa bed, smart TV, and reversible air conditioning for comfort in both summer and winter.
The modern bathroom includes a shower, heated towel rail, and toilet. Outside, an enclosed gravel courtyard, accessible through a bay window, will allow you to enjoy breakfast in the sun or a moment of reading in the shade of the Alpilles mountains. A private parking space is available in front of the cottage.

The studio accommodates a maximum of 2 people. Small pets (max. 20 kg) are welcome, provided they respect the environment and ensure their waste is picked up.

This studio is the ideal starting point for discovering authentic Provence, hiking in the Alpilles mountains, or strolling through the lively streets of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, while enjoying a haven of tranquility upon returning from your walks. Hiking in the Alpilles mountains, cycling, Provençal markets in Saint-Rémy and Eygalières, exploring the ancient sites of Arles, festivals in Avignon, swimming and canoeing in the Durance River.
