Located in an exceptional environment, at the top of a hill overlooking the bay of La Ciotat, the Panoramique de Sainte Croix is a gîte for 4 to 6 people ideal for nature and animal enthusiasts. Located on one level (a few steps in the gîte), it is composed of:
- A beautiful living room with exposed beams, 2 lounge areas with fireplace (wood provided), video projector serving as a TV with access to the channels from the SFR box (the connection can be random given the location of the gîte), sofas, armchairs and speaker connected, dining area for 6. Beautiful equipped kitchen with central island, 4-burner induction hob, integrated extractor hood, oven, American fridge/freezer with ice cube dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, percolator coffee maker and Magimix.
- Office area in the hallway.
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed. 180x200cm.
- 2nd bedroom with 1 trundle bed 180x200cm, desk and unsecured mezzanine with a 120x190cm mattress (extra bed possible for 1 additional person).
- 3rd bedroom with 1 trundle bed 160x200cm, desk and mezzanine with an 80x200cm mattress (extra bed possible for 1 additional person).
- Laundry area with combined electric washing machine/dryer, giving access to the bathroom with 140x80cm walk-in shower, double sink and heated towel rack.
- Independent WC with hand basin. 2 private terraces of 50 m². Summer kitchen with gas plancha. Unfenced garden of approximately 1 hectare with swings and zip line.
Fenced swimming pool shared with the owners 50m from the gîte, below the land, in front of another house, 12x5m, depth from 1.40 to 2.2m, accessible from 01/05 to 31/10 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Pets allowed, they must be able to get along with the animals present on the property (dogs, cats, chickens, roosters, geese and pigs). All included: sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, wifi (fiber) and reversible air conditioning in the living room and in the hallway.
