The Gîtes Syflor are located in a house from 1810, which houses 3 lodgings and the owners' apartment. The center of the village of Eyragues is only 100m away on foot, and the property is perfectly located to discover both Avignon and its treasures, but also the beauty of the Alpilles and the Luberon, with their hilltop villages. Located on the 1st floor, the Nid is a cottage for 2 people with an indoor / outdoor wooden veranda, creating a pleasant space with garden furniture. Entrance on the ground floor is shared with the owners.
The apartment is composed of:
- A living room with sofa, dining area with high table and stools, connected flat screen TV, reversible air conditioning.
- Equipped kitchen open to the living room with 3-burner induction hob, 6 place settings dishwasher, extractor, washer / dryer combination, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm and wardrobe. Safe.
- Shower room with 90x90cm shower, basin with cabinet, heated towel rail and WC.
- Wooden veranda / terrace with garden furniture and view of a beautiful pine tree. The gîte has access to an outdoor area common to the 3 gîtes on the other side of the building: large covered terrace area with garden furniture, grassy garden and 5x10m swimming pool, maximum depth 2.5m. Wifi (fiber). Stay in peace in this cottage where all services are included: sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity.
