Le Mazet Magali

In the small Provençal village of Fontvieille in the Alpilles, Mazet Magali is a two-story cottage that can accommodate up to four people. A former hotel residence, it is located in a group of nine dwellings, featuring a private terrace area and access to a shared swimming pool and pétanque court. It offers modern comforts with a modern kitchen, air conditioning, and comfortable bedding, while still boasting the charm of its exposed wooden beams. The village of Fontiveille is only a few hundred meters away and offers numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants. You will be ideally located between Arles, Saint Rémy de Provence, the villages of the Alpilles, and the wild Camargue.

The entrance is via the private terrace, equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs, and shaded by an awning.
The main room on the ground floor is equipped with a Rapido sofa bed, coffee table, storage units, a table and four chairs, a smart TV, and an open kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, three-burner induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, and small appliances.
A steep and narrow spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, which is composed as follows:
- Bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, bedside tables and lamps, and a large wardrobe.
- Bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, heated towel rail, and washing machine.
- Separate toilet.

Private parking for two vehicles in the gated community. Shared swimming pool secured by a barrier, accessible from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. from May 1st to October 15th. Pétanque court.

Bed linens and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Electricity and air conditioning are billed based on actual consumption (8 kW/day included). Pets allowed: 1 dog weighing 15kg max.
