You will also have a separate toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.
The cozy double living room invites you to relax: a dining area, a lounge with a sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, stereo system, and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, countertop oven, dishwasher, sink, and a countertop with dining area.

Outside, Le Grand Mornas boasts a large 700 m² private garden at the rear of the building, with a barbecue, sun loungers, and a hanging chair. You'll also enjoy a covered terrace.
