Le Gîte d'Epicure

Situated between the sea and the Etang de Berre, halfway between the Camargue and the Calanques de Marseille, the Epicure gîte is unique. It is located on the owners' property but is totally independent from them. It is adjoined to an office. It is composed of a very large living room of 150 m², on one level, in which are arranged spruce chalets fitted out as rooms. In the living room, you will enjoy several dining areas, a lounge with a corner sofa, several sofas and armchairs, library and games at your disposal. 2 additional convertible sofas, possibility of accommodating 2 additional people, i.e. 8 people in total (extra charge of 20€ per night per person). A fully equipped kitchen with 3-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. 2 chalets fitted out as bedrooms, each with 1 double bed 140x190cm, storage space and desk. 1 chalet fitted out as a shower room, with Italian shower, washbasin, WC with hand shower, heated towel rail and bench. Private terrace of 20 m² with garden furniture, garden shared with the owners of 6000 m². Reversible air-conditioning and additional electric heating (included). Bathroom linen provided. Cleaning at the end of the stay in option, sheets for rent. Wifi. Private parking on the enclosed property. Complete baby kit on request: high chair, cot, cot with bars, toys, bathtub, potty, WC reducer... Animals accepted free of charge under conditions: faeces collection obligatory, categorised dogs forbidden. Enjoy an atypical stay in this unique accommodation!
