Le Clos Coulète

In the heart of the village of Eyragues and halfway between Avignon and the Alpilles, the Clos Coulète has a beautiful outdoor area with a private swimming pool (5x3m, depth 1.40m) open from June to September. The house is attached to that of the owners but weak joint ownership: the gîte occupies an entire wing of the building, and its exterior space is located opposite that of the owners.
Entrance is via a private outdoor area with wooden terrace, private swimming pool, garden and relaxation furniture.
On the ground floor :
- Living room with corner sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV and pool table. Dining room separated by a bookcase with table and 8 chairs.
- Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, 4 induction hobs, dishwasher and refrigerator.
- Laundry room behind the kitchen with washer / dryer combination.
- Separate WC with washbasin
Upstairs :
- Bathroom with bath, double sink and heated towel rail
- Independent toilet
- 1st bedroom with bunk beds: 1 bed 140x190cm downstairs and 1 bed 90x190cm upstairs, possibility of an additional bed.
- 2nd bedroom with 140x190cm bed and wall cupboard
- 3rd bedroom with 160x200cm bed and wall cupboards Reversible air conditioning in all bedrooms, electric heating on the ground floor. Access to a gym: rower, elliptical trainer, weight bench, weights, floor mats, punching bag. Private parking under shelter, with the possibility of electric recharging (dedicated socket but no fast recharging: 5 € per recharge). All charges included: electricity, heating, sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning. Animals forbidden.
