Le Chemin des Alpilles

Located in the countryside, in the middle of meadows, halfway between Camargue and Alpilles, Chemin des Alpilles is a comfortable gîte with shared swimming pool, billiards, table football and private spa (open all year). The main part of the gîte is located on the 1st floor, but a studio on the ground floor can be rented in addition (see additional room rate) which can accommodate 2 to 4 additional people.
Another gîte is located in the same building but on the opposite side, without facing or directly adjoining each other. It shares the swimming pool and children's play area with Chemin des Alpilles.

On the 1st floor:
- 46 m² living room with US billiard table convertible into a dining table, bar with high stools, sofa, large 140cm flat screen TV with CanalSat channels, fully equipped kitchen with small wine cellar.
- 3 bedrooms: the 1st with 1 160x200cm bed, the 2nd with 1 140x200cm bed and flat screen TV, the 3rd with 2 90x190cm bunk beds that can be separated and placed on the floor.
- Bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate WC.

The studio on the ground floor which can be rented in addition (see additional room option) includes a games room with billiards and table football, a large living room with 1 160x200cm bed, a convertible sofa, flat screen TV, equipped kitchen, dining area, washing machine and dryer. A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and WC.

Parking in the private courtyard of approximately 200 m², fully enclosed with electric gate. Private Jacuzzi.

Shared swimming pool with a gîte, heated 8x4m (max depth 1.6m), accessible from 01/03 to 15/11. Shared lawn 700 m² with games for children.

In addition: electricity (meter reading). Underfloor heating, reversible air conditioning.
Included: wifi, wood stove, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels. Washing machine and dryer in laundry room.
Pets accepted at no extra charge, deposit €200.
