The Gîtes Syflor are located in a house from 1810, which houses 3 lodgings and the owners' apartment. The center of the village of Eyragues is only 100m away on foot, and the property is perfectly located to discover both Avignon and its treasures, but also the beauty of the Alpilles and the Luberon, with their hilltop villages. Located in a wing of the main building, on the ground floor, Le Cèdre is a large 100 m² apartment for 4 people. It is located below the owners' apartment.
The apartment has its own entrance and is composed of:
- A large 60 m² living room with lounge with 2 sofas, connected curved 107cm flat screen TV, stereo and reversible air conditioning. Equipped kitchen open to the living room with central island used as a dining area for 4 people. American fridge / freezer (distribution of water and ice cubes), 4-burner induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm and large wardrobe / closet.
- 2nd bedroom with 2 twin 80x200cm beds, cupboards.
- Shower room with Italian shower 90x90cm, double sink, heated towel rail, washing machine and dryer, cupboard.
- Separate WC with hand basin. Private terrace with garden furniture, private garden. The gîte has access to an outdoor area common to the 3 gîtes: large covered terrace area with garden furniture, grassy garden and 5x10m swimming pool, maximum depth 2.5m. Wifi (fiber). Stay in peace in this cottage where all services are included: sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity. Reversible air conditioning (included).
