Le Cabanon de Nans

In the countryside of Salon de Provence, near the Etang de Berre and the Village des Marques McArthur Glen Provence, the Cabanon de Nans is a cottage located on the 1st floor of the owners' villa, without vis-à-vis. The cottage has a beautiful private enclosed semi-covered patio of 110 m² organized around a magnificent olive tree with private 4-seater spa, garden furniture, plancha and sun loungers. It also has access to a superb swimming pool area shared with the owners of 1000 m², with pétanque court, pool house, solarium, ping-pong table and tree-lined pleasure garden. Access to the gîte is via a private external staircase. The apartment is composed of:
- Kitchen with dining area for 6 people, large capacity fridge / freezer, 3-burner induction hob, extractor, multifunction oven, microwave, Thermomix, Senseo pod coffee maker and dishwasher.
- Living room with 140x190cm fold-out sofa bed (possibility of 2 additional extra beds), 2 armchairs, sideboard, connected flat screen TV with Orange box channels, blu-ray DVD player, Playstation 4 games console, reversible air conditioning, cupboard storage with dryer and household utensils.
- A 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- A second bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm and wardrobe.
- Bathroom with bathtub and Italian-style shower 90x100cm, basin, heated towel rail and washing machine.
- Independent WC. Windows fitted with mosquito nets. Swimming pool 10x6m, depth 1.5m, accessible from Sunday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm. Bicycles available. Stay in peace in this all-inclusive cottage: end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels and reversible air conditioning. Babies are welcome: complete kit on request (high chair, cot, youpala, stroller, children's bikes, park ...).
