Shower room with Italian shower 70x100cm, washbasin, WC and small heated towel rail. Private terrace 15 m² with garden furniture. Free parking in the adjacent streets, possibility to unload suitcases in front of the apartment. All included: sheets, towels, heating, air conditioning and cleaning at the end of the stay. Small pets accepted with supplement, 1 pet maximum. Non smoking gite. Wifi. This small pied-à-terre is ideally located to discover Marseille, not far from the Velodrome Stadium, only 4km from the beaches, 9km from the Calanques and close to all amenities and transport.
