In a quiet countryside, well restored cottage in the extension of the owners' farmhouse, near the towns of Salon de Provence and Aix en Provence. 2 other gîtes on the property including 13G245, Le Tournesol at 800m (13G385 "l'Olivier"). Non-smoking gîte.

Fenced swimming pool with secure access gate (8x4 m - depth of 1m to 2m with stairs and small beach), shared with gîte 13G385. Access from April to October - Water treated with chlorine

Ground floor: living room with sofa and 2 armchairs, pellet stove, TV/TNT and DVD. ADSL wifi internet connection. Kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher). Bathroom. Separate WC.

Upstairs: 1 double bedroom (160x200 bed) and 1 double bedroom (2 90x200 beds). Children's bed on request. Electric heating (package 40€/week). Private garden of 200 m². Private open terrace of 100 m² with garden furniture, deckchairs + covered terrace with garden furniture. Barbecue, parking, portico.

Well-being area: private jacuzzi and hammam (access by reservation with supplement: €60/2 hours - massage and treatment area by appointment (paying) - herbal tea room
Maintenance: the Jacuzzi and hammam are automatically cleaned after each use with UV technology and disinfected by us with natural products.



Possibility of ordering your groceries at the Drive-thru of local supermarkets and merchants, the owners collect them and install them in the gîte before your arrival.
