La Villa Provençale

La Villa Provençale is a completely independent house with a large private plot of around 1300 m², private swimming pool and several terraces, one of which is 30 m² with garden furniture. The cottage is composed, on the ground floor, of:
- 60 m² living room opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool with equipped kitchen (4-burner induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, US refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, central island with small dining area) , dining area for 6 people, office and lounge area with large corner leather sofa, armchair and flat screen TV.
- Bathroom with corner bath, basin, heated towel rail and washing machine.
- Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed 140x190cm, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, flat screen TV. Direct access to the terrace, pool view.
- Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed 140x190cm, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Direct access to the terrace, pool view.
- Independent WC. Upstairs :
- Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed 140x190cm, desk, wardrobe. Access to an adjoining 7 m² balcony / terrace.
- Bedroom 4 with 2 beds 90x190cm, flat screen TV. Access to balcony terrace.
- Shower room with corner shower, basin, WC, heated towel rail. 8x4m swimming pool, depth 1.2 to 1.5m. Pool house with summer kitchen (4 gas burners, sink, refrigerator), shower and WC. Barbecue, table football. Floor heating / cooling (heat pump; included) on the ground floor and reversible air conditioning upstairs.
Sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning optional: 100 € for the whole.
Animals accepted free of charge under conditions: 2 animals max per stay, animals of 20kg max.
Private parking on the closed property, under cover. Garage but not able to shelter a vehicle, possible storage place on the other hand for bicycles / motorcycles. Wireless.
