La Villa Prebosque

Located in a residential area in the countryside, while being only 15km from the center of Aix-en-Provence, Villa Prébosque is a comfortable cottage for 2 people, recent (built in 2020), with private jacuzzi.
It is located on the land of the owners but totally independent of them, with private terrace and garden. Another accommodation (mobile home) on the property (13G202215). On one level, the cottage is composed of:
- Living room with custom-fitted kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, counter with 2 high stools, Senseo pod coffee maker. Comfortable convertible sofa (possibility of 2 additional extra beds - real mattress), coffee table that can be raised, connected flat screen TV (Freebox channels), reversible air conditioning.
- Small separate bedroom (8.2 m²) with 1 double bed 160x200cm, flat screen TV, adjoining shower room.
- Shower room accessible from the bedroom with Italian type shower 80x100cm, large capacity washing machine, basin and heated towel rail.
- Independent WC. Private terrace with garden furniture, quality private 4-seater Jacuzzi, gas barbecue. Private garden.
Ping-pong table and petanque ground shared with the mobile home. All included: heating by reversible air conditioning, end of stay cleaning, wifi, sheets and towels.
Babies are welcome in this accommodation which provides baby equipment free of charge: bath, high chair, travel cot, crockery and toilet reducer.
