La Villa Mariella

Villa Mariella is a house located in Saliers, a small village on the border between the Gard and the Bouches du Rhône, in the Camargue. Located in the center, the house is attached on one side to another house, but the owners do not live on site. Very good insulation between the 2 houses. Villa Mariella has a private patio and garden of around 600 m². You will also enjoy having lunch on the terrace under the trellis. On the ground floor the cottage is composed of:
- Kitchen equipped with 3-burner induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, large central island and bar open to the dining room.
- Dining room / living room with dining area for 6 people, fireplace (wood on request - paying) and living room (leather sofas and flat screen TV connected with Orange box channels).
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and dressing room.
- Independent WC with washing machine and freezer. Upstairs :
- Mezzanine overlooking the living room with play area for children, games available and books.
- 1st pink bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm.
- 2nd lavender bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm.
- 3rd rice field bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm.
- Bathroom with bathtub and basin.
- Independent WC. The garden, fully enclosed, is made up of a patio, a grassy area ideal for playing football with the family, a parking space (4/5 vehicles can park), a sheltered terrace under the trellis, barbecue and plancha gas.
Babies welcome: booster seat, 2 umbrella beds, 3 changing mats, safety barrier on the stairs, shower ring and bed protection available. End of stay cleaning optional. Included: sheets, towels, wifi (fiber), underfloor heating (heat pump) and reversible air conditioning (2 units: in the corridor of the bedrooms and on the mezzanine).

Animals accepted free of charge (collection of droppings obligatory).
