Located in the countryside, Villa Fonfon is an independent house on one level with 3 bedrooms, a large terrace with private pool-house, garden and swimming pool. The owners live nearby and Saïko and Roxy, the 2 dogs on the property, will welcome you happily. The Villa is composed of:
- A kitchen open to the living room equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, extractor, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster with toaster, Nespresso pod coffee maker and dining area for 4 people.
- A living / dining room with dining area for 6 people, large corner sofa with chaise longue and mobile headrests, large connected 165cm flat screen TV, reversible air conditioning and fireplace.
- A 1st bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and large walk-in closet.
- A 2nd bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and wardrobe.
- A 3rd bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm and chest of drawers.
- A bathroom with large corner bath and double washbasin.
- A separate WC. Private garden of 3000 m², terrace, summer kitchen with washing machine, dryer, bioclimatic pergola and plancha. Private swimming pool.
The rooms are equipped with mosquito nets on the windows. All included: sheets, towels, end of stay cleaning, wifi and air conditioning. You will appreciate the welcome basket offered on your arrival and the brunch or aperitif delivered on Sunday morning after your arrival.
