La Villa du Barraly

Ideally located between the parks of the Alpilles and the Luberon, the Villa du Barraly is an independent house with swimming pool and large garden which can accommodate 6 people. Outside, you can enjoy the very pretty private fenced garden of 7000m², consisting of a wooded part in front of the house and a large grassy area at the back, as well as a private swimming pool of 15x6.5m ( max depth 1.60m) with pool house: garden furniture, relaxation lounge, summer kitchen with fridge, electric hob, griddle and beer dispenser. You will access the interior of the house by climbing ten steps and via the 50m² terrace.

- a large day room with kitchen open to the dining room. Equipped with microwave, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Table and 8 chairs. Corner sofa, coffee table, TV and desk.
- 3 bedrooms with respectively 2 beds 90x190cm, 1 bed 160x200cm, 1 bed 140x190cm. Two bedrooms have access to the terrace.

In the basement, a large garage that can accommodate a vehicle, bicycles or motorcycles. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Sheets and towels included, end of stay cleaning optional.
