Large bathroom with bathtub and shower (thermostatic), double washbasin and heated towel rail. Closed WC, access via the bathroom.
Free access to an outdoor laundry with a private combined washer dryer.

Private terrace of 14 m² with garden furniture and electric plancha. Private 60 m² gravelled courtyard with flowers, sunbathing chairs.

Common pool 6x15m, depth 1,5m. Access to the landscaped park of the domain, with bowling alleys shaded under Oaks and pines. Bikes at disposal, sports equipment.
