La Ribartille - Amandier

In the countryside, l'Amandier is a gîte adjoining another gîte (la Ribartille), located on the owners' land, with a private terrace and garden. Just a few kilometres from the sea, the towns of Cassis, La Ciotat and the coves are all nearby.

Access via a few steps: living room with lounge area (sofa bed - flat screen TV), open fitted kitchen (4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood) and dining area, opening onto the terrace through a large bay window. A bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, wardrobe, storage space under the lean-to. A sleeping area giving access to the other rooms with a 90x190cm sofa bed. Shower room with walk-in shower. Separate WC.

Private terrace with pergola, garden furniture, private garden in front of the terrace. Plancha on request.

Shared washing machine available in the outdoor laundry room (free and open access).

Fans available. Sheets and towels optional, end-of-stay cleaning possible with supplement. Internet (wifi). Non-smoking accommodation. A departmental road nearby (passage in the morning and at the end of the day mainly). Pets not allowed.
