In a small cul-de-sac with a family atmosphere, the La Pomme de Pin gîte is a small house on two levels with a private enclosed terrace. Completely renovated in 2024, the house has every comfort with air conditioning, refined and modern decoration, large sleeping area upstairs. Thanks to its central location, you will quickly access all tourist places: Aix-en-Provence, Arles and the Camargue, the seaside, its beautiful Côte Bleue and its Calanques, Marseille, Salon de Provence, Avignon... And if you stay on site, many hiking or mountain bike trails are accessible from the gîte.

The entrance is via the private, enclosed 9m² terrace with pergola, garden furniture and barbecue.
On the ground floor, the main room is composed of an open equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 induction burners, Nespresso coffee machine), a dining area and a lounge area. with 160x200cm convertible sofa and connected TV. Reversible climate control. Laundry room under the stairs with washing machine, storage and safe.
Upstairs, large bedroom with 160x200cm bed, open wardrobes, full-length mirror and open bathroom with Italian shower, sink and towel dryer. Reversible climate control. Separate WC with hand basin.

Wifi (RJ45 sockets on the ground floor and upstairs). Sheets, household and bathroom linen included. End of stay cleaning included.
Parking 50m away reserved for residents of the impasse.
