Located in a residential area, while being only 500m from the pedestrian center of St Rémy de Provence, La Pinède is a villa that can accommodate up to 12p. It includes 6 bedrooms, a veranda / pool house, a private swimming pool, a large garden of 1800 m², an American billiard table and a pétanque court. On the ground floor, the villa is composed of:
- An entrance with office area.
- A kitchen equipped with 4 gas burners, hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, dining area for 6 people, small flat screen TV and fridge/freezer. Scullery with washing machine.
- A living room with American billiards, flat screen TV, fireplace, sofa and armchair.
- 1st "children's" bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
- 2nd bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and large closets.
- Bathroom with basin, large shower and heated towel rail.
- A toilet. On the 1st floor (external access possible via a staircase and a balcony):
- A living room with fireplace, sofas, large flat screen TV and dining area for 6 people.
- A 2nd kitchen with 4 gas burners, hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, dining area for 8 people, fridge/freezer, storage and worktops.
- 3rd bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, chest of drawers and private bathroom with walk-in shower and basin.
- 4th bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and chest of drawers.
- A toilet. On the 2nd floor:
- 5th bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, wardrobe, paneling.
- 6th attic bedroom accessible via the 5th with a 160x200cm bed and chest of drawers. Private swimming pool 16x8m from 01/06 to 01/10, outdoor shower. Private garden 1800 m² with ornamental aviary, shelter for bicycles, pétanque court. Veranda with dining area. Barbecue and griddle. Included: sheets, towels, end of stay cleaning, wifi and reversible air conditioning (3 units, in the living rooms and the kitchen). Winter heating charged extra.
Dogs allowed free of charge under conditions: collection of droppings, no categorized dog, 2 small dogs or 1 large max.
