La Picholine

In the heart of the village of Eguilles, near Aix-en-Provence, La Picholine welcomes you with family or friends.
The cottage takes its name from a variety of olives, if you would like to know more do not hesitate to ask Sophie, the owner, who will be delighted to take you for a walk through her olive fields and show you all their secrets.
This town house on 3 levels has a terrace on the kitchen level with table, parasol and plancha, and a terrace with jacuzzi and garden furniture on the garden level.
The Jacuzzi is not functional, it is being installed.

This fully air-conditioned cottage is composed on the ground floor of a living room with equipped kitchen, central island, table with 8 chairs, TV, lounge area, and full-length mirror.
On the garden level (level -1) there is a living room with corner sofa, ottomans, TV and summer kitchen, a laundry room with the washing machine and household utensils and a separate WC.
First floor :
- two bedrooms with 160x200 bed and chest of drawers
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink unit and heated towel rail
- WC
On the second floor:
- a bedroom with 160x200 bed and wardrobe
- a bedroom with two 90x200 beds and wardrobe

Possibility of private parking which reduces the garden space (lawn and deckchair area, complicated access), parking is recommended in the street or in the free car park 200m away.
The cottage is located near a nursery.
