By car, the apartment is 20 minutes from the La Rose metro station, 30 minutes from downtown Marseille and the Old Port, and 40 minutes from Cassis and the Calanques massif. The fully air-conditioned apartment comprises: ⁃ A 28 m² living room with kitchen area, dining area and TV area (2-seater sofa bed). ⁃ A 20 m² master suite (160*200 bed) with private bathroom. ⁃ A 6 m² mountain corner with two single bunk beds (90*190). ⁃ A separate WC with a shower cubicle and hand-washer. Outside, you can enjoy its 30 m² wooden terrace with plancha, garden furniture and hammock. The fully-equipped kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, toaster, kettle, piston and capsule coffee machines. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the owner's residence and is accessed via an independent gate. Private parking. The apartment is ideal for both families and singles. It has a very good WIFI connection, enabling telecommuting, video conferencing via ZOOM or other means. Situated in a quiet, peaceful location close to nature (hills, Calanques National Park) and the artistic and cultural attractions of major cities like Marseille and Aix-en-Provence.
