In the heart of the Provençal scrubland, in Saint Cannat, enjoy a "Provençal Break" in this charming single-story cottage that can accommodate 2 to 4 people in a well-kept setting. It was recently renovated with quality materials (renovated in 2025). Located on the owners' land, with no direct neighbours, it guarantees privacy while providing access to beautiful common areas: a shared swimming pool (11.5x5m, open from May 15 to September 30 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.), a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table for convivial moments.

The interior charms with its character and functionality: a bedroom separated by an elegant antique pocket door, featuring a 160x200cm double bed, storage, a full-length mirror, and an armchair, as well as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (160x200cm when unfolded, additional sleeping space for 2 additional guests at an additional cost of €10 per person per night), a flat-screen TV with Apple TV and soundbar, a desk area, a small library, and reversible air conditioning.
The modern kitchen with a glass roof offers all the amenities you could wish for (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator/freezer) and a dining area.
The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, sink, and heated towel rack. There is a separate toilet.

Outdoors, the private shaded terrace invites you to relax with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a plancha grill. You'll also benefit from secure parking on the enclosed property and fiber optic Wi-Fi.

From the cottage, explore the typical villages of the Pays d'Aix or enjoy the hiking trails that wind through the Provençal countryside. The proximity of the wine route and colorful local markets will delight lovers of local produce and gastronomy.
