Located in the countryside, only 2km from Aubagne and Gemenos and among the hills of Pagnol and the Garlaban, the gite "Birds' house" is a studio located on the 1st floor of the owners' house, with independent access.
The entrance is via an independent internal staircase. The cottage opens onto the living room 21 m² with small kitchen (fridge/freezer, sink, plate with 3 glass-ceramic fires, oven, extractor hood), dining area, bench/bed (extra bed possible for 2 more people), night area with a bed for 2 people 140x190cm, and flat screen TV.
Shower room with basin, heated towel rail and shower 90x120cm with thermostatic. Separate WC.
Private terrace on the ground floor facing the entrance of the house (under construction), sunbathing chairs.
Heating included, sheets and towels offered, end of stay cleaning offered. Pets allowed with restrictions : only small pets are accepted. Internet (wifi).
The "Birds' House" is aptly named! The owners, passionate, have fifty birds on site of all types : parakeets, cockatiels, pheasants, chickens, chickadees... If you're lucky, maybe can you talk to the Parrot of the house, Guinness! A real pleasure to rest in the sun listening to the birds singing...
