On the hills of Roquevaire, in the heart of the landscapes of Pagnol, the gîte de la Jugesse is an 18th century family house, in which Mireille and Michel will welcome you like a friend.

On the ground floor, the cottage is composed of:
- An independent kitchen with dining area for 6 people, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
- A living room with sofas, rocking chair, 100cm flat screen TV, library and board games.
- A separate toilet.

Upstairs :
- A 1st bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, dressing table, large dressing room and baby bed.
- A 2nd bedroom with 2 twin 90x200cm beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair and desk.
- A 3rd bedroom with 2 twin 90x200cm beds, chest of drawers, desk and dressing room.
- A bathroom with 90x130cm walk-in shower, sink, heated towel rail and skylight.
- A separate toilet.

Private garden of approximately 800 m², private terrace of 12 m² with garden furniture, sun loungers and plancha. Petanque field, games for children. Non-smoking gîte.

End of stay cleaning on request, sheets and towels for rent. Household linen (hand towels, napkins and tablecloths) provided. Heating by a pellet boiler (included). Wireless. Private parking on the property. The owners live nearby.
