The house is located in the Roquette district, a few steps from shops, restaurants and monuments.

Quiet location ideal for visiting the town's historic sites and the surrounding region (Camargue, Alpilles, Provencal villages...). The fully air-conditioned house combines the old and the contemporary (old stones - tried cement - French whitewashed ceilings...). A large living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for entertaining family and friends. A large master bedroom opening onto a private terrace and its own bathroom. A second large bedroom for friends or children, with its own bathroom. A very large flower-filled terrace with garden furniture for evenings under the stars of the Provencal sky. A garage for one car (BERLINE - SUV - VAN ) with automatic gate (a real plus in the town and neighborhood).
