The Bayon torrent flows towards the swimming pool secured by alarm (20x5m, maximum depth 1.71, open from 01/06 to 30/09 - 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.) below the house. The cottage overlooks the Sainte Victoire, and a field of olive trees with its north terrace and has a private grassy and shaded area on the west side. Electric barbecue. On the Ground Floor: Kitchen opening onto the north and west terrace (washing machine, dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, cyclonic halogen oven, 2 fridges, Nespresso machine). Living room relaxation area with sofa and armchairs in front of the fireplace (insert - wood on request), library. Upstairs: bedroom for 2 people (160x200 bed) with private bathroom. Bedroom for 2 people (2 90x190 beds) with private shower room. Independent toilet. Wireless. Towels, household linen and sheets provided free of charge. Propane gas heating is included in the rental: quota of 21m3 per week. Beyond that, billing at cost price, i.e. 4 euros/m3 (Statement made on arrival and departure in your presence). The same for electricity: quota of 77 kw per week. Beyond this, contribution to costs of 15 cents/kwH. We have put this rule in place to prevent any abuse. End of stay cleaning on request. Pets allowed on request €30 per week. Ping pong table. Parking under the oak trees. Possible privatization of the entire area. A dream place for lovers of nature and outdoor activities.
