On one level, the cottage opens via the terrace onto the living room with sofa (140x190cm), flat screen TV. Dining area. Integrated kitchen with electric stove with 4 ceramic hobs and oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood.
2 bedrooms on the street side (quiet) with 1 double bed 140x190cm, and 2 beds 90x190 (one bed + one pull out bed). A one person BZ can be used on request (supplement 6 € / day).
Shower room with Italian shower. Independent WC. Washing machine in the toilet.
Wifi - Cot and high chair. Linen pack (sheets, hand and bath towels, table towels): € 20 per person. Housekeeping on request (50 €). Reversible air conditioning (included in summer season, billed in real terms in winter). Free parking.
