La Chaloupe

Located in the Aix countryside, in a green setting, the La Chaloupe gîte, with terrace, garden and swimming pool, can accommodate 4 people. It is adjoining the owners' house, which is recent (2013 construction). On one level, the cottage is composed of:
- Large living room with dining area for 6 people, library provided. Living room with sofa and 2 leather armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV, sideboard. American-style kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, central island with 2 high stools and Senseo pod coffee maker.
- A 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, desk with chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- A second bedroom with 2 twin 90x200cm beds, chest of drawers.
- Bathroom with 90x90cm Italian shower, sink, storage shelf and heated towel rack.
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, household utensils and storage space.
- Separate toilet with hand basin. Private terrace of 12 m² with garden furniture and barbecue, private garden 300 m². Heated swimming pool protected by alarm (open from 01/06 to 30/09) 8x4m, depth 1.8 m, accessible from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and shared with the owners. Swan neck fountain in the swimming pool. Private parking on the closed property. Wireless. Electric heating (included). Optional end-of-stay cleaning. Sheets and towels included.
Babies are welcome in this gîte which provides dedicated equipment on request: travel cot, high chair, booster seat, potty and stroller. It is not possible to invite additional people during your stay, the house is designed for a maximum of 4 occupants. This cottage is perfectly located just 7km from the city center of Aix-en-Provence while being in the countryside, with a beautiful view of the Sainte Victoire from the swimming pool.
