La Canopée

In the countryside of Aix-en-Provence, at the end of a path and facing a field, the cottage is an independent house in a quiet area of Saint Cannat. Carine and Sylvain welcome you to their beautiful renovated and tastefully decorated house, benefiting from pretty shaded exteriors on either side of the house. Depending on the time of day and your desires, enjoy breakfast on the terrace while listening to the cicadas sing, cool off by the pool or enjoy an aperitif in the garden furniture facing nature. Ideal for a family stay to discover Provence, its beautiful tourist sites and its corners of nature: the owners will be able to advise you!

On two levels, the house is composed on the ground floor:
- Large living room with entrance, reading corner (armchair, rug, coffee table and bookcase), office corner with Mac PC (guest session), dining area (round table and chairs), fireplace, sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV.
- Independent kitchen (arch opening onto the living room) equipped with: dishwasher, microwave, oven, 3 induction burners, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine.
- 2 bedrooms with 140x190cm beds and chests of drawers.
- Shower room with large shower, vanity unit with sink and worktop, mirror.
- Separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom with private open bathroom, opening onto a small terrace, corner bathtub and double sinks.
- Separate toilet.

Outside, 4000m² of land planted with oaks and pines, fully fenced. Large shaded terrace with electric plancha and garden furniture. Small swimming pool at the back of the house (4.2x2.4m, depth 1.40m) open from June to September (depending on the weather) with salt and secured by a tarpaulin with bars. Parking under cover for 1 vehicle. No fires.

Underfloor heating and fireplace in winter (wood available). Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included.
