La Bruline

La Bruline is an independent house located near the town center of Saint Rémy de Provence, the Parc des Alpilles and halfway between Avignon and Arles. With its 4 spacious bedrooms, it can accommodate a large family or friends in a pleasant environment conducive to relaxation: summer kitchen and sheltered terrace, swimming pool, pétanque court and ping pong table. The owners have decorated this new house with taste and modernity on the theme of travel: you will be able to note details throughout the rooms such as a globe, a wallpaper world map or framed quotes. On two levels, the house is composed on the ground floor of:
- Living room with a large sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV. Dining room with wooden table and 8 chairs. Integrated and equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, high table with 6 high chairs.
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, freezer, sink.
- Double bedroom (160x200cm bed), bench, wardrobe, TV, French window opening onto the terrace, with private bathroom (Italian shower, double sink).
Upstairs :
- Double bedroom (160x200cm bed), wardrobe, TV, with private bathroom (Italian shower, towel dryer, sink and WC).
- Double bedroom (160x200cm bed), wardrobe.
- Double bedroom (2 twin 90x200cm beds), wardrobe.

Outside, large covered terrace with summer kitchen (griddle, sink and storage), garden furniture, relaxation room in front of the house under the pergola. Pétanque court, ping pong table, badminton rackets, fenced garden, private heated swimming pool 8x4m (open from 01/05 to 30/10, depth 0.8m to 1.50m), olive trees. Private parking on the property. Closed garage which can be accessed on request. Baby equipment on site: high chair and travel cot.
