In the countryside, the cottage "La Bergerie" is located in a farmhouse from the 16th century, with a private closed courtyard. This cottage was built with efforts for accessibility. On the site, two other cottages and home owners.

Access with private stairs from the car park. Large shaded courtyard (130 m²) with garden furniture, BBQ. On the ground floor : beautiful luminous living room, with open kitchen (plate induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher), lounge area with flat screen TV, dining area. Stove (1st surge free of charge).
1 room with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 1 single bed (90 x 190), in cheerful colours. A room with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm).
Bathroom with washbasin and towel heating rack cabinet, toilet, washing machine.

Shared pool (9 x 4.5 m - depth 1.7 m - accessible from 10h to 20 h). Large common outdoor space with the other houses, table tennis, game of bowls at disposal.
Cleaning on demand (€40), sheets, towels and table rental, Wi-Fi, electric heating (package €45/week). Only 1 dog allowed under conditions : on a leash outside the fenced and access banned to the pool.

Venelles is 2.5 km far, reached on foot by a rural road, you will find there all the shops.
A very nice place, quiet, surrounded by woods, horses in meadows, pond and his frogs, hay and alfalfa fields, the footpaths at the start of the mas : you will be fine!
