Facing the Montagnette, La Bergerie de Roman is a totally independent gite with private garden and swimming pool. On the ground floor :
- Kitchen open to the living room equipped with 3 gas and 1 electric cooker, electric oven, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
- Living / dining room with decorative fireplace, sofa, armchair, flat screen TV, stereo and library. Dining area. Reversible climate control
- Independent WC.
- Hall with high ceilings and storage.
- Bathroom with shower 70x70cm and basin.
- A first bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm, wardrobe, shelves and trunk.
- A second bedroom with a ground floor part and a mezzanine part (air conditioning). Downstairs, bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm. 1st floor (mezzanine): upstairs of the second bedroom, mezzanine composed of 2 spaces separated by a passageway. The first space is a play area for children, the second space a sleeping area with 2 beds 90x190cm. The mezzanine has a total area of 13 m² over 1.8m high. 3 private terraces with garden furniture, private garden of 800 m², private swimming pool 8x4m (open from May to September), maximum depth 2m, secured by alarm. Ping-pong table, badminton net available. Griddle. Parking in the closed garden. Included: sheets, towels, table linen and end of stay cleaning. Cot, baby chair, booster seat and bath on request.
