La Bastide des Granettes

Just 10 minutes from the historic center of Aix-en-Provence, this charming, renovated old house nestled among the vineyards welcomes you for an authentic stay in Provence. Nestled on a private 900 m² plot, it offers a superb courtyard shaded by two majestic, century-old plane trees, a secure pond stocked with goldfish, and a fountain. You'll also appreciate the built-in barbecue for your summer meals.
The private 10x4 m swimming pool (1.5 m deep) promises refreshing moments, despite being close to the highway, whose noise you can hear from the pool, in return for quick access to the main roads serving the department's main tourist destinations.

Pierre and Leslie welcome you to their home, which features a spacious living area with a cozy lounge (large corner sofa, curved TV with Netflix access, open fireplace) and a modular dining room for 6 to 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen (4-burner induction hob, oven, citrus press, crepe maker, raclette grill, dishwasher, combined washer-dryer, large fridge-freezer, no microwave by choice) opens onto the terrace via a light-filled glass roof.

Upstairs, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms: three 140x190 cm beds and one 160x200 cm bed, with desks, walk-in closets, and a stereo system. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and an additional separate toilet are also available.

Central heating, a fan in each room, private parking, and fiber optic Wi-Fi are included. Sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and baby equipment are provided free of charge.

Just a few minutes away, stroll through the Provençal streets of Aix, visit the colorful markets, or hike to Sainte-Victoire. The region also boasts a wealth of wineries to discover for a gourmet and cultural immersion.
