Located in the heart of the charming Provençal village of Eyguières, this comfortable cottage welcomes you on the first floor of the owners' villa, with a completely separate entrance to guarantee your privacy and tranquility.
You'll enjoy a large balcony-terrace with a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun, and private access to the swimming pool (3x6m, 1.5m deep, chlorine-treated and protected by a cover) from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., ideal for cooling off on beautiful summer days in Provence.
The cottage is located in a scenic area, close to the Alpilles Natural Park, perfect for lovers of hiking, cycling, or simply nature and relaxation.

The cottage comprises:
- An air-conditioned living room with a table and six chairs, a desk area, a sofa, and a TV
- A kitchen equipped with a four-burner gas hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, coffee pod and filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, and TV
- A bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe
- A bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe
- A toilet
- A bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, and washing machine
