Holidays in Noves

Located a 5-minute walk from the town center of Noves, the Holidays in Love gîte is a villa built in 2009 located in a residential area, with a large private enclosed garden of 700 m², swimming pool, pétanque court and bicycles available (5 bicycles).
Very weak adjoining on one side with another house but causing no nuisance. On one level, the house is composed of:
- Entrance with double wardrobe and separate WC with hand basin.
- Large living room of 50 m² with a lounge with leather sofas, armchairs, large connected flat screen TV, board games, DVD player (DVD available). Dining area for 6 people. Equipped kitchen open to the dining area with bar and high stools: fridge/freezer, 4-burner induction hob, hood, oven, chopper, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee maker and food processor.
- Cellar with washing machine and additional freezer.
- Office area with equipment for teleworking (screen, mouse, keyboard, headset), sofa, armchair and bookcase.
- 1st bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, armchair, dressing room. Private bathroom for this room (double sink, Italian shower, heated towel rack) and direct access to one of the pool side terraces.
- 2nd bedroom equipped with an 80x200cm pull-out bed that folds into 1 160x200cm bed, corner desk, chest of drawers, shelves and wardrobe.
- 3rd bedroom with 2 90x190cm beds, desk and wardrobe.
- Bathroom with double sink, bathtub, heated towel rail and WC. Swimming pool 7x3.5m, max depth 1.6m, accessible from 01/05 to 31/10. All included: reversible air conditioning (one unit in the living room and one in the corridor leading to the bedrooms), electric heating, sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
A parking space on the closed property + 2 parking spaces in front of the gîte.
