Swimming pool service in supplement: 100 €/week from April to the end of October, to be paid directly to the owner. This single-storey gîte has a kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas hob with 3 burners and 1 electric hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven). Independent living room with dining area and lounge in front of the fireplace (TV). 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, baby bed, private bathroom with shower and WC. One bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm. One bedroom with 1 single bed 90x190cm. 2 independent bathrooms with showers. Independent WC. A covered outdoor veranda of 20 m². Private space of 75 m² with garden furniture on a common ground not closed. Barbecue, parking. Central heating (fixed price 70€/week). Baby bed and chair. Cleaning on request (40€). Pets allowed with a supplement of 15€/day/pet. Condition of reception of the animals: dog held in lead, vaccination book, insurance certificate, collection of the droppings. No cats allowed.
