Grand Mas du Roy - Le Camarguais

In the heart of an old farm, La Camarguais is a studio located on the ground floor of the main building dating from the 16th century. Completely renovated, it successfully combines modern and old: exposed stone, family furniture tastefully restored by the owner. The cottage is located halfway between the natural spaces of the Camargue and the Alpilles, and not far from the historic cities of Arles and Nîmes.

On one level, the studio is composed of:
- a main room with fitted kitchen open to the living room: fridge/freezer, combined oven/microwave, 3 induction burners, extractor hood, dishwasher. Table and 4 chairs, 140x190cm sofa bed, coffee table, armchair and connected TV. Glass partition for the sleeping area with 160x200cm bed, wardrobe and bookcase.
- a bathroom / toilet: corner shower, macerator toilet, sink with drawer, towel dryer.

Common areas: 2000m² garden, garden furniture, barbecue, parking and laundry with toilet, washing machine, sink, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

Reversible air conditioning. Wifi. Sheets and towels included. End of stay cleaning included. Baby equipment on request. Pets not allowed.
