Grand Gîte Notre Dame

The Gîtes Notre Dame offer 2 gîtes for 2 and 6 people, which can also be rented together (8 people). This property located at the foot of the Chapel of Notre Dame du Château (access in 10 minutes on foot to a panoramic viewpoint over the whole valley) is located in a preserved countryside environment, in the Regional Natural Park of the Alpilles. The cottages were built in 2023, with beautiful materials (wood, travertine...) and have access to a shared swimming pool. They are adjoining but separated by a common laundry room with washing machine and cleaning utensils. The owner lives on the adjacent land. The large gîte is composed, on the ground floor, of:
- Living room with corner sofa and 3-seater sofa, relax armchair, dining area for 8 people, video projector with TV access (Orange box channels). Fitted kitchen with 4-burner induction hob, extractor, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, central island with high stools. Beautiful spiral staircase in wrought iron and wood leading to the mezzanine floor (high ceilings).
- Bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm.
- Shower room with very large walk-in shower 140x160cm, double basin and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC Upstairs :
- Mezzanine overlooking the living room with armchairs.
- 2nd and 3rd bedroom each with 2 twin beds 90x200cm. Private terrace of 40 m² with garden furniture and electric plancha. Large garden common to the 2 gîtes of approximately 1500 m².
Free access to the owner's swimming pool of 4x9m, depth 1.5m, with salt.
Shaded private parking on the property. All included: wifi 6, reversible air conditioning, end of stay cleaning, sheets and towels.
Animals accepted under conditions: 1 animal maximum, no categorized dog, collection of waste compulsory, animal supplement to be paid. Explore the Alpilles, Arles and the Camargue, Beaucaire and Tarascon, Avignon, the Pont du Gard or Aix-en-Provence.
