Conceived as an ode to the architectural heritage of the 20th century, our project aims to break down boundaries and transcend functions. More than just a place to sleep, it's a place to live, to enjoy culture and gastronomy, where time is only as valuable as you make it, and where the moment reveals all the beauty of the present moment.
Integrating architectural references into all its spaces, L'Hôtel Présent is conceived as a showcase for a collection of lighting, objects, furniture, works and books dating from the 1940s to the present day.
As well as 13 rooms designed to create a dialogue between good living and good sleeping, the Hôtel Présent is above all a restaurant, a bar and a rooftop offering one of the most beautiful panoramas in the city.
