Meet us on the outskirts of the village of Salin-de-Giraud, a picturesque and peaceful place that emerged from the "salt" in the 19th century by the effervescence of the industrial revolution. This contrast reinforces the impression of being out of time.
Far from crowded beaches, it's a kind of return to basics, a true haven of peace. In harmony with nature, the Camargue offers calm, serenity and passion.
There's plenty to do in the area, including kitesurfing, exploring the bird park, horseback riding, kayaking and hiking in protected natural sites or discovering the salt marshes.
The Bois flottés campsite offers yoga classes, bike rentals, horseback riding and a horse park.
